Why We Do It

The “Swing Fore Linda” Benefit Golf Outing was originated when Linda Chamberlain (our mother) was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer in October 2012. The Benefit Fundraiser was established to help assist with medical expenses during her battle with Cancer. In July, 2015, after a long and brave battle with Cancer, Linda passed and will be deeply missed. This fundraiser continues to be a blessing, in that it brings so many together for a fun filled day to spread awareness of Cancer and bring hope to those battling it.

In Linda’s Honor, we aim to continue to pay it forward to others in our community.

About the Outing

The golf outing is a 4 person scramble with a shotgun start. Entry fee is $90.00 per person and that includes:
18 holes of golf with cart
Coffee and Donuts at registration
Hotdogs at the turn
Drinks on the course from drink carts
Nacho bar and steak buffet dinner after golf
Skill prizes
Random draw team prizes
